Would not recommend.My brother purchased two homes through Nathan. He was taken advantage of and on one of his purchases, he paid way more than what the home is valued at.Items that were meant to remain with the home as part of the sale, were removed (2x rugs and 2x dining table chairs). It has been months since the sale and the items have not been returned, nor has the plate warmer been fixed, as agreed during the sale.Nathan was hard to get in contact with and barely returned calls or messages. We had to flag him down in our street when we saw he was on a letterbox drop run, because he was so unreachable.As soon as he got my brothers signature and money - it’s like he didn’t even exist anymore. I use to work at Ray White and they would’ve been appalled at this type of behaviour from a sales agent.Get another agent or at least another opinion.
