Buying our AH Beard mattress was one of the best investments in our lives my wife and I both have a slumber king body sence medium mattress and it's like your floating on a cloud.We did have a slight manufacturing issue within the first year, in which they fixed very promptly for us, with a great sense of customer satisfaction.Obviously the best part is they are a local buisness so everything is done very quickly.

Absolute Garbage. Bought a Slumberking branded mattress in 2015 and 2 years in it had to go back under warranty for a structural defect, which was a very protracted and unpleasant process, they even wanted to charge to pick up and deliver the defective item (10 year structural warranty). come 2019 the same issue arose, springs exiting the side of the bed (one causing an injury to my upper thigh) The mattress is now on the kerb waiting for the council to dispose of this abomination. Cheap and nasty rubbish, sub-par customer service. Just don't do it. If you see Slumberking, or AB Beard anywhere on a mattress, run, run far far away. Your chiropractor will thank you :)

This company have a disgrace to their trade. I won't d er tail it here but believe me think three times before you buy a bed

One of the worst decisions we've ever made. The most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on ,both my wife and I have constant back pain. Harvey Norman were fantastic but AH Beard don't give a damn . Customer care is non existent. Your WA operation is disgraceful. Only gave 1 star because you can't give 0 .

We bought 3 mattresses by AH Beard, absolutely love it, so comfy and it is a shame that we have to get up each morning. The quality of the the mattresses is top class and more importantly it is made in WA. Let’s Support this local manufacturer.Thank you AH Beard

Worst mattress and customer support! Do not buy from them! I repeat do not buy from them. You’re better off buying one from Costco for half the price. Or sleep in the floor for free!Update: Sue is a liar. That email address doesn’t work or nobody wants to help or answer me.

Sonja is super helpful and the showroom is fantastic. Was a great experience to buy a mattress from them. Can easily recommend the mattress as it is super comfy and has really helped my back pain.

Excellent client contact while we were waiting on our new mattress. We realized was a little too firm for us once it had been delivered but getting that corrected was no problem and done expeditiously. I'd deal with these folks again for sure. Great Ozzie product.

This company was not interested in helping me locate a retail equivalent King Coil mattress. I contacted them by phone and emailed them five times over a two month period, and finally in a hurry to rid me, I was given incorrect information to my question.This was the worst customer support I have ever had the misfortune of contacting, and if a negative rating was available I would have selected that
