We chose Totalspan because they were willing to customise to our requirements, including special doors and windows, when other shed companies would only leave openings for us to install ourselves, or simply wouldn't do it. They also quoted earlier delivery and construction than others, although we were sceptical of this as all the other companies told us everything is taking longer".Our shed was started on time

We signed up with Totalspan in Nerang because they promised to have our shed ready within a specific time frame, this was the deal breaker.Once signed there was limited communication, it was not finished on time as promised, invoices had to be paid, ran 6-8 weeks late, no apologies ever.The owner is a bad communicator (a rather nice word for being rude and ignoring us).No, we cannot recommend them at all!Can I give them less than one star..?
