Travelling with a small child can have its difficulties but stopping here for food was great. Fresh food in a timely manner, plenty of clean tables to eat at. They even had a couple of high chairs in good condition which was a bonus.

Absolutely filthy, the whole place had food all over the tables and floors. Bins were overflowing, flies wouldn't leave us alone. Disgusting. Looking to report to Food Authority NSW. I employ kids and am the first to let them get away with almost anything but there was only one out of the 6 'employees' that looked to even give a toss about having a job at all.

We were in the roadhouse which contains Hungry Jacks, a BP service station, and an amazing cafe!! Delicious food, You can buy healthy foods from both hot boxes or a beautiful assortment of sandwiches on lovely different types of breads. There are many to choose from. Their date and walnut loaf is delicious with a little butter. I had the fried rice (no seafood in it but it did contain eggs) it was delicious. And their coffee is lovely and reviving! My nephew went to HungryJacks and purchased a double bacon deluxe, and a frozen Coke. It was well prepared, looked great and made me a little jealous, lol. I was looking around and found a naughty" fridge. I say naughty because I am a diabetic and the naughty fridge had delicious looking sweets and desserts. They even had custard and jelly in plastic containers ready to go. Ohhhh they tempted me

Absolutely delicious! Best Icecream I've ever had. Also best burgers and frozen cokes. The whole family loved it and wanted more. Even the family next to us in their car were devouring their dinner with delight. Fantastic service! Will be going back asap!!

I've never been to a dirtier restaurant. We waited 15 to 20 minutes to get our order as they were filling menu log orders that sat on the counter long after we got ours. Had to wipe our own table and bin couldn't fit anymore rubbish in it was told they are short staff what did I expect. Sorry for expecting a clean restaurant and good service. Won't be stopping there again on my trips up the coast.

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way through Newcastle.I had a Whopper with cheese. I’d rate this way better than any McDonalds burger I’ve had. The ingredients always seem more fresh then a Maccers. Can’t complain, nothing wrong with it.The staff were very friendly.Cleanliness seems to be a challenge here so I wouldn’t bring the family but for a drive through, which it also has, I’d rate it worth a shout.

For ten years When travelling to Port Stephens this is our regular dinner stop. The timing of the break is perfect. Kids under 10 love the playground. The service is quick enough. The food is tasty. The Americana decor and glittery red vinyl booths give this place a bit of style. The whopper and onion rings don’t disappoint. Access to bathrooms and servo for milk and other travel essentials.

Site and staff were great, a little slow but it was lunchtime so Ok. Issue is the app still doesn't let you make some changes when ordering ( e.g. beef hunger tamer w chicken royal or chicken burger w cheeseburger e.g.) but that's app issue not store service- store were good.

The state of the seating areas is appalling every table covered in rubbish floors covered in rubbish, the outside is filthy, cigarette butts everywhere, absolutely disgusting, how hard is it for some of you grub people to just put your rubbish in the bin and why can't hungry jacks clean there facilities. Will never stop and go inside there ever again.
