Terrible customer service and product. Tried to return 2 pairs of pants that were purchased in February and press stud buttons have all fallen off. Shop attendant was calling manager who was off site and manager advising past 7 days nothing she can do. Left store and spoke to ACCC infoline who advised they haven't met customer guarantee therefore I am entitled to a refund or exchange. Returned to store assistant then called manager again who's response was when they call me I will refund or exchange them. Didn't care that the product was cheaply made and the fault was not due to misuse but poor creation.Taken to consumer and business affairs for a resolution

staff are very rude . They don’t deserve even 1 rating. Very poor costumer service . This is the only one mcl I ever known with very bad attitude. If you buy clothes from there and its not fit, they won’t exchange . please don’t go to this shop ever .

I went into the store today to try on a dress that I found last week. Thought I liked it but wanted to walk around Marion and think about it for a bit before buying. I then went back into the store to try the dress on again and was rushed and told that someone else had enquired about the dress, but the worker had not put it on hold which was confusing to me. I tried the dress on for the second time and decided to purchase however, when it came time for me to pay I was ridiculed for trying the dress on twice. She then proceeded to tell me that I had tried it on three times, twice today and once last week. However, I did not try it on last week and only went in to look at the dress. I did buy the dress however, will not be shopping there again as I was treated rudely and the customer service felt rushed and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service, opened up the change room curtain as my friend was not clothed with no warning to see if she was still In there. The lady that is always there has the same attitude and rudeness to the customers. Had asked to change the sizing of dresses and was told to tell her sooner but hadn’t seen the tag. And lastly always rushing customers out the door so she can go on lunch break not giving us time to even try on the clothing or swap out an items. Overall needs more staff who understand customer service!!!!

Horrible experience!! Would never go back to see her face again, customer service lady made faces towards us while we are going through clothes and she was hovering and following us everywhere, as soon as we grab something to see, she was roughly grabbing stuff near it and start fixing it. Very unpleasant behaviour and vibe. Showed horrible facial expression when we wanted to try clothes. Very unprofessional, zero customer service, very negative vibe.

Very poor customer service as the lady staff was very rude no politeness at all. Hovering around and make facial expressions When we tries to scroll clothes. And before i pay she speaks in very rude manner and asked me very roughly “is this your final”.no respect of choice .Not happy with the service and won’t recommend to anyone at all, very horrible experience. Negative vibes. Never go again.

Terrible customer service, i tried some dresses couple, also, tried to help the ladies to hang them in the hangers so that it would be helpful for them and could not get one two piece in the hanger,, i could not believe how the lady who serves normally, reacted and sounded very frustrated. I hope this lady can have some manners or understand how to talk to people. I actually wanted to buy one of the dress but felt so insulted so left'

This is one store that needs to be shut down or get someone who has respect! Was in here today with a friend and I was in the ladies way by accident so I apologised and the disrespect from her was absolutely disgusting. As someone who works in retail! I was disgusted by your attitude and your response. You really need to gain better customer service as it’s appalling. Won’t ever be coming back as you have a negative vibe and you are just rude!!!

I was in there yesterday and bought a really pretty dress but as soon as I got home to show my family, the stitching had come undone. So today I went back to try get a refund or at least exchange it but they flat out refused and were rather rude about it too. This is the only thing in their store that fit me so was quite disappointing. Not only that but I saw a bloody mouse in there too!! Who lets that happen???

AVOID THIS SHOP! I’ve had the most disgusting and uncomfortable experience in this store. I went into store, was carrying my Levi’s denim shirt. As I started browsing the store, one of the staff members came up to me and asked: “where is the hanger for this shirt ( pointing my shirt that I had it with me).” I had to show the Levi’s tag to get her believe that it was my shirt. She didn’t even ask if it was my shirt or if I picked up from the store, not to mention she didn’t even greet me. Note that I was still at the entrance , was in there for 2 secs. If this store has issues with things being stolen, maybe they should consider other solutions like installing security cameras or getting security guards and doing a bag check at the entrance, instead of bothering innocent people as well as making assumption based on their skin colour that they MIGHT steal something.
