Good customer service.We purchased the Bergen Slat Moon BAR Table - Outdoor Bar Table (150x65x101H) WHITE with 4 Air Bar 75 - Outdoor Bar Stools WHITE. Fits perfectly on our apartment balcony, sturdy setting, easy to clean, the white is bright and fresh, and the bar stool is comfortable to sit in.

Very happy with my aluminium table. One of the table legs was slightly damaged. They were very apologetic and shipped me a new one that arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service

Shelby bar stools are comfortable, practical and look gorgeous. The table is super light to move around and gives us plenty of room to have meals or just drinks and nibbles.Steve was brilliant. We rang when our setting was delivered to say that we had the wrong table. Steve actually went out of his way to deliver our correct table on his way home from work that same day.Ordered it Wednesday had it on Saturday.Can't reccomended OFO enough.

The service I received form Steve was first class. No high pressure sales tactics, listen to my needs and gave me plenty of options. Order was ready next day. Would highly recommend

Good morning Bill,Just a quick note to say that our 7 piece, ceramic top, out-door dining set arrived yesterday afternoon, and we couldn’t be happier.It looks great and the size is just perfect.Thanks for your advice on downsizing to the 7 piece, from the 9, which we were considering.Looking at it now, the 9 would have been just too big.Thanks for making our choice so easy, and it was a pleasure doing business with you.Also, the team from the “Little Green Truck” were great. Rachel kept us up to speed with the delivery with 3 phone calls. One the evening prior to delivery with a time estimation. A second call to give an exact time, and a third when they had arrived, and it was exactly on time.They were professional, polite and provided a fantastic service, one that you don’t often receive these daysI’ve attached a couple of images of our new setting in its spot overlooking the water. These cushions are just what we needed out on our deck. They look good and are fully weatherproof. Customer service at OFO was fantastic.
