90% of the staff are lovely, always helpful and friendly. One staff member is, on occasion, rude, verging on unprofessional. I guess we all have our bad days, and she is probably just in need of a holiday (or a stiff drink).

I go there all the time as I'm a 13-year-old shopaholic, and staff are very iffy about trusting me and i fin that very rude. I get judgey looks and stares but that lady with the white hair gives my the constant icks
