Great professional tailored service

Great service and support! We have had some really good cleaners from Allclean. When we got a couple of guys who weren't so good Allclean management were very helpful in resolving the situation. Eventually they found us a new cleaner called Kevin who is the best cleaner we have ever had? I would recommend this company in particular for their management and client support.

Quality work, quick service and consistent quality

Disappointing behaviour when interacting with clients.

Hired this company to clean the common areas of our apartment complex in Subiaco. After meeting with management I was expecting a quality job as they seemed really good and they were happy to amend a few of the terms of the contract. Unfortunately the quality of the cleaning since they started was terrible.- the first week the cleaners forgot to come at all.After this they would frustratingly sweep areas that should be cleaned with a blower vac, wasting much time., constantly missing areas, wiping hand rails with a wet cloth rather than disinfecting.Not once did they clean as per the scope of works.On one occasion the cleaners didn’t turn up until 7pm at night! And we’re subsequently sent home after calling Allclean management.We terminated the contract after only a few short week after the standard of cleaning did not improve despite 3 site visits and walkthroughs with management.DO NOT recommend for apartment complex cleaning.
