Love the playland but bad service my son had his 4th birthday wasted half an hour for a stupid alarm.. need a refund!!! If I could give no starts I would, I dont recommend taking your kids here

I was at the above party ( for the comment made by michell )were a fire alarm went off no compensation for time lostNot even not spoke about until the father spoke to staff were nothing was offeredIf a fire drill was pre organised as you told them it was extra time should of been given and even if not per organised good business practice should of made some sort of compensation when half the time is taken awayThey were literally told to leave the party room because another part in 20 minutes kids still had cake on the table we all understand safty comes first but in total over $400 was paid and you took almost half the time on something that was pre organised and should of been taken into account

Whilst at venue I was (29 May 2023) concerned and also startled at the lack of “knowing what to do” by staff when an alarm went off. This is what I see: An alarm went of as should be very loud, everyone was looking around at one another wondering what? The staff were not directing and did not seem to know themselves what was going on. There was no tannoy system with staff directing or advising over the loud alarm. The “Young” staff were not seemingly up with what protocol should of been In place. This went on for a good. 4-6 mins. A staff member said it is an alarm that was connected to the club next door and not to worry. Still the alarm was going off. It went of very briefly for moment only to come back loud as before and not stopping. Then a most stupid comment from a staff member was “ this happens all the time”. Finally they evacuated. FIRSTLY. No matter what if an alarm goes off you evacuate. SECONDLY the young staff definitely need more training. THIRDLY This being a kids fun centre with an indoor cage like frame this really needs to be addressed. Parties were cut short. Children crying and holding their ears. Once parents had enough they were grabbing there children out of the climbing cage, it was chaos. Totally disorganised.

Good location next to the Penrith rsl car park. Cost 15 per child and $4.50 per adult, each adult getting a free coffee. Their play areas are quite open and high that even adults can enter them. There is an under 5s section here too so smaller kids can also have their own fun. Not a bad entertainment area for the cost

Kids were super excited to attend for the first time. Was greeted with an unpleasant staff member, which set the mood off very low. Ball machine inside the play equipment wasn't working & wasn't mentioned on arrival which was another downside especially when there is no ball pit in the play center (always the biggest hit for the little ones).By 4pm staff started stacking chairs on tables & was instructed by same unpleasant staff member they were closing soon, however their listed official closing time wasn't until 5pm. Voiced concerns to her regarding early closing time & chairs being unsafe with children around however I was told they were only rostered on until 5pm so they were packing up early & no recognition of the chairs being unsafe, infact she stared blankly & mentioned nothing.When we were leaving, the same staff member unlocked the gate & didn't say a word.All things listed when brought up with staff member had the finger pointed at management. If this is how staff members are being trained & instructed, with disregard for our children's safety, I'm afraid we won't return.

Do not bring your toddler here for the dedicated toddler section.The one hour I was here, my 1.5 year old got run into 1, had 2 close calls (all with older kids - 8yo above guessing) and FINALLY got knocked by the toddler see-saw (which is a heavy stuffed piece) by an older child rocking on it. She got flung straight into the corner of the cubby house. None of the staff monitor the sections. No calls made over the speaker to get the non toddlers out. Seriously NOT HAPPY.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. DO BETTER. And before anyone think oh it's a child play centre, things happen, ef no....dedicated toddler section should not have older and inherirantly larger and much faster and more mobile kids running in, jumping over the gate and ontop of the cubby house roof (while mytoddler is inside!!!!) and flying around on the toddler see-saw until it tips or knocks an 8kilo toddler in the back, into the air, and headfirst into the corner of the cubby house. CONTROL YOUR KIDS. POLICE THE SECTIONS. Whoever was stationed as staff between 3pm amd 4pm need to be fired, too busy on their phones. NOT ONE ANNOUNCEMENT OR CHECK OF THE TODDLER SECTION. NOT ONE.

Great indoor play centre. My three girls aged 8 & 9 had a ball! It is very open and spacious and I noted the staff constantly cleaning and sanitising. In today’s Covid age I highly recommend this place.

Do not recommend this place for parties!!I had my daughters party at Monkey Mania Penrith last weekend and most of the food was stale. I was not only disappointed in the food but also with how the party was ran by the host. I ended up having to help the host with pouring the drinks and handing the food out cause the kids were getting impatient. My daughter also missed out on the games and interaction with her friends cause the host couldn’t handle the kids. Just wasn’t worth the price I paid for the party. I have also emailed them this feedback and still no reply.. Very disappointed!

I took my kids here over the long weekend. The place is at the heart of penrith and I was expecting it to be a good one. We paid the entry and got it. On going inside the play area I found out that it was very dusty and filthy. I felt so sorry for all the kids who were playing in that dust. At some places you could clearly see the dust settling and when kinds moved around it just mixed in the air. These kind of dust are dangerous for the little one, Hope the management can see beyond moneyThe least money mania could do was to give it a good vacuum clean. Else it's rally a dangerous environment for kids to play. Not visiting again, if u love ur kids you too should not untill it's clean.
