This new staff member is definitely not as organised as the last where clients were in and out within minutes. We waited 5 minutes after opening before she took in the first client. She took 20 minutes with this one. Her English is not the best and those waiting could hear that she seemed to get frustrated with the elderly gentleman because he couldn't understand her. After him there were now 5 people waiting. Instead of taking the next client in the staff member busied herself with telling people not to worry about numbers tidying numbers and opening doors. Once the next client went in...leaving the door open she again took another 5 minutes fluffing around in the room not even conversing with the elderly client before tending to her. 30 minutes later and I am still sat here waiting to go in and I was the 3rd here. My past experience has been in and out within 10 minutes even with people infront of me.

The staff was rude and lack of customer skill. I have to go to another clinical lab store to have have blood test done. Look at the review down below, I don’t think I am the only customer being treated unkindly. The company need to do something about her attitude. This female staff avoided eye contact and not using even the minimum customer skill. People should not let their mental health issue or personal life affect their work ability.

I have attended here once a year for the previous 5 years and it's always been prompt, straight forward and consulted by pleasant staff.Thankyou.
