Fantastic gym with very knowledgeable personal trainers. I’ve trained with Shaun for 8 years. Following him from being a pt to a gym owner.I’ve always enjoyed the variety of workouts available and the community environment that has been created at everyday athletes.I especially enjoy the timed HITT workouts which push me each week to try and better the previous weeks time.Highly recommend!!

Hands down the best gym in Melbourne. I've been going here for the past 6 years and love it!I can honestly say this gym has changed my life for the better.Since finding this gym they have helped me to run two marathons, a triathlon and also to climb Mt Kilimanjaro! Their support, guidance and encouragement is second to none.The training programs are always new and varied and the personal trainers are so knowledgeable and friendly.If you're looking for a place where you can feel like part of a community as well as to improve your health, fitness and well-being this is the place!

Since day one, Shaun & the team have made it clear that they're in it for us, and for the long haul. The format of the small group training is easy to follow, incredibly varied, and allows me and my partner to attend together without worrying about the differences in our abilities. Almost a year to the day I've been in weekly, and never before been so motivated to do so. Unlike typical gyms, the approach is very personal and personable, and the community formed by the members is case in point. I've come to understand a lot more about my body, and the confidence and energy boosts alone are well worth it. Thanks EA!

Everyday Atheletes has been an important part of my fitness goals over the last 10 months thanks to the guidance of a fantastic team of coaches who regularly check in on my progress and overall well being. The group session are well thought out, and vary throughout the year keeping things interesting, and also providing tangible results. I also hugely appreciate supportive and welcoming atmosphere from the other regulars. Glad I took the plunge.

I love this gym! Whether you have a personal trainer or do the group classes, you feel so welcome and cared for. The trainers are amazing, and the programs rotate every 4 weeks so you get a lot of variety, unlike a lot of other gyms where it's the same/same every week. The atmosphere and community is so welcoming and having smaller class sizes, you almost have a 1-on-1 personal training session every time. I'm hooked and wouldn't go anywhere else...thanks Everyday Athletes for getting me back into the gym, healthier living, seeing real results, and feeling more confident when I look in the mirror! X

I've been training with Everyday Athletes for 4 years now. It has such supportive community of members and has knowledgeable, friendly and really dedicated personal trainers. Since training at this gym, I've gotten stronger, fitter and have more endurance. There is also fantastic variety of exercises in the classes, so every program is different and engaging. I also love the extra challenges that are run every so months to boost motivation and build healthy habits.

My strength and fitness training definitely improved immensely after joining Everyday Athletes. Shaun and the personal trainers helped me develop my form and technique which has allowed me to get the most out of the workouts.Would highly recommend for someone’s who’s just starting out at the gym or been training for years. Great atmosphere , great people to train with and a great sense of community.

The trainers knowledge, support and personal approach is what keeps me highly engaged and motivated. They have created a great gym environment with small classes that has changed my fitness routine!

Great space in great location. Knowledgeable trainers implementing contemporary, research-driven programming. I’ve had wonderful experiences for myself as a client and for many of my patients, especially those returning from injury and/or (re)starting regular exercise. Cannot recommend highly enough.
