The employee Zak gave excellent customer service he greeted me with a smile and struck up a lovely conversation with me he may have killed my dog but with customer service like this I will certainly return

The chemist went above & beyond to help my elderly father get the medications he needed, same day. I live far away & they took care of everything quickly & over the phone. Our family is extremely grateful, not just a local chemist - this is what community care is about. Thank you!

Greeted by a rude lady on arrival who grabbed my prescription from me and walked off. The pharmacist then gave me all repeats of the highest cost product. When I asked for the generic version and just one repeat there was lots of frustration then tutting and huffing from the original lady. I was not offered any level of customer service when trying to support this local pharmacy. There might always be a queue at Priceline in Sutherland but the employees go out of their way to assist their customers!

I am 8 months pregnant and I wasn't given a minute to think what I need and look at the shelf. I was literally asked to pay for what I managed to pick up first and leave asap as they said browsing is not allowed. Probably wouldn't let me think outside and come in again as only one visit per day is allowed. No common sense at all, will go to another one within 10km I guess.

I've previously overlooked their extortionate prices in favour of their customer service and convenient location, however this has now come to an end.A month ago, I called in to collect some prescription medication, only to be told that they did not stock it.Priceline do...So ok, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and handed the prescription over, made my payment and agreed to collect next day.Roll forwards 1 month, I call in and the last behind the counter is thoughtful enough to mention to me that this medication is still not stocked and asked if I would be happy to collect next day, which I agreed.I was told that it's an uncommon medication and as such, they only stock it if required.Fair enough, it's my local so I'm happy to support this.So today I called in just before closing time to collect.I handed over my prescription and sat waiting,15 minutes rolls by and my phone beeps to tell me the prescription has been processed and repeats are now available on my phone.The last calls me over and tells me, these are not in stock.Now im running late for an important appointment and I'm no further than the day before.Had they told me when I handed it in that they had forgotten to order it yesterday, I probably would have accepted the mistake and waited till tomorrow but the fact that they took 15 minutes to get back to me, making me late, and had the audacity to process the prescription in their system is good enough reason for me to stop paying their ridiculous prices and go over to Priceline (who actually stock the medication).Just to add to the review, while I was seated waiting, a guy walks in, looking round for something that he can't find, he approaches the counter and asks the last if they sell alcohol, she looks at him a little funny at first and then just says no, puts her head back down.He isn't quite sure if she understood which alcohol he is talking about so he repeats his request.She looks back up and starts to understand, she then explains that she only has the alcohol wipes.But no alcohol.He looks a little bewildered and walks off.As he is walking away, there is a bit of a giggle behind the counter.I guess she thought he was after something to drink.I think he was slightly embarrassed by the lady behind the counter,My thoughts:Lack of understanding of people's needs.Lack of stock.Lack of customer service.Lack of value.What they do have in abundance is profit from the small amount of local visits, enough to stay in Business for the time being, however my money is better off in Priceline.

Lovely staff, over and above, extremely helpful and caring.

The staff are lovely and so kind and caring a really nice chemist to have as my chemist I feel very looked after ☺️
