Ross's Plumbing Solutions

They did work on our sewerage and charged us $2,299 for the privilege. Our sewerage still backs up. I've had another plumbing service come to unblock on several occassions and both of the plumbers told me that the work done on our pipes has not been done properly. I contacted Darryl the owner of Ross's Plumbing and he told me he would come out and look at. I'm still waiting. When i ring him from my phone it goes straight to voicemail. I tried from my husband's phone and he picked up and then pretended to not be able to hear me. I tried to call again and now my husband's number is going straight to voicemail. It appears that Darryl is blocking our numbers. I have now sent a text from my son's phone requesting Darryl attend our property to look at the issue. Failing to hear from him i will contact Fair Trading. Avoid the hassle and find someone else to your plumbing work.

Darrel said that he was coming to fix our plumbing issue, did not turn up and then just stopped responding as he had obviously blocked my number. Highly unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend.

Called Ross Plumbing (visiting card put in my letter box) to change the toilet inlet flush valve less than a month ago. He sends an apprentice who shows me a catalogue and mentions that they only deal with Gabreit inlet flush valve. Cost for replacement $280/-. Ask him for a pensioners discount and he quotes $240/-. Although I felt the rate high, I needed to do the replacement urgently as I was expecting guests. When I asked for a bill he says I have to pay extra for GST. He then started arguing and made a racist comment. Will definitely not call him again.

Darrel Ross is an honest and capable plumber who teaches all of his apprentices and co-workers to work as he does, with absolute integrity and respect. All members of the team assess plumbing problems thoroughly and clearly explain solutions, time-frames and costing before proceeding. Jobs are completed punctually, professionally and neatly. Over the last decade, Darrel and his team have completed many major and minor plumbing jobs for me, my friends and family. All jobs were well done at fair and reasonable rates. I highly recommend employing the services of this company for all your plumbing issues!
