I've just recently moved all my engineering projects over to Structural Systems. I rang Structural Systems out of the blue to ask what were probably quite basic and obvious questions to those 'in the know'...(i.e.not me!). The staff were very helpful and patient, and I someone was able to come and do a site visit within two days. Much appreciated!Just a follow up re: the site visit. Nam (Engineer) arrived on time, and was friendly and easy to talk to. He gave a clear indication which of my 'issues' (i.e.cracks / house movement) were just aesthetically troublesome, and which required attention to stop further damage.I would recommend this company.

Just phoned to ask a question about a retaining wall issue and possible Engineer inspection at a house I was looking to purchase. The female staff member I spoke to (sorry I have forgotten your name) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and certainly gave me the confidence to make the right decision.
