We Animators

We engaged this company in September to complete an animation video. We had been referred to them. They charged the complete fee of $1495 and said it would be completed in 10 days. It is still not complete at nearly June. I have approved a story board, the video has so many grammar issues and nothing like the storyboard, and they are requesting I document every change required. They have said they have been working on it yet we are in the same conversation we have been in for three weeks. Keep committing to sorting it out but it remains not complete. They asked me if we needed more videos at a 'special rate', and I am so relieved I declined the offer. Keith, I will continue to post until I have a complete video.
