Having Janique so close to home here in Chelsea has been a godsend numerous times. The gifts, Christmas range and particularly DMC collection have been wonderful to select from. Even now a seashell wreath purchased years ago gets admired and only yesterday I raced in for something and Kim had it ready for me at the door. A highlight of Chelsea, thanks Janique.

Wonderful experience and fantastic customer service. The wool range that you carry at Janique of Chelsea is the best I have encountered. I also was amazed at the range of Tapestry threads I could purchase for my on going needlework. I shall be recommending to all of my crafty friends this a one stop shop. I'm super satisfied and happy with the service, I purchased yarns over the phone twice and talked to Kim. Kim is such a friendly lady, she recognised my voice straight away and provided a fantastic service, the transaction was smooth and I got the package the next day after my purchase. So highly recommend this shop to everyone!
