Less than impressed I was charged more than expected for a pedicure. When I asked why I was told it was because I had a hot stone pedicure. I didn't ask for this or agree to more than a standard pedicure. I paid what was asked, but I now don't feel great about ever returning

My first visit here today after reading the reviews. Great manicure and pedicure and eyebrow wax. Very fast and efficient. Friendly and obliging staff. I will definitely be back.

My sister and I got our nails done last Tuesday and the next day I looked at them and they were yellow but I got white and they didn't file the acrylic nail properly and it kept sticking into my skin

Had eyelash infills today and happy as always. Been coming to Nailovers for lashes for a year and very happy with results and the friendly staff.

I had an eyelash extension and it wasn’t done properly, the lashes was placed far from my eyelids so it looks like my lashes is coming off. The glue went inside my eyes and stings my eye so bad it made my eyes so red. I can visibly see the glue in the eyelashes. I have done eyelash extensions before so know it wasn’t that good. They charged me 130$ for the bad service they have done. I didn’t even asked for a full set of lashes I just wanted medium to natural look. I was planning to do my nails as well but I decided not to because of the bad service.

One of the best manicures in hobart and surrounds. I would highly recommend! Have been twice so far after many bad experiences with other salons. The attention to detail and care is worth a visit. ❤️

I love the girls in this salon. They are friendly and always do a great jobs. I have been getting my nails done here for 2.5 years. Definitely recommend.

I wanted to get a simple design on my nails, a natural base with glitter on the tip of my nails, not a difficult task? The lady I dealt with was rude and came across frustrated by my wants. I showed her an Instagram picture as reference. She rolled her eyes at me, said it’s not realistic and they use filters on the picture. Continued to huff and puff saying its ombré style showing the image to her colleague which I was happy to go with. Because of her attitude and poor customer service I decided to walk out. If you can’t do a simple nail design why are you in the job? Won’t be coming back. I was even charged for nail removal.. I left with broken nails! Actual lol!

Not happy at all with our experience today. Me and my sister went this afternoon to get coloured tips on full acrylics. Upon looking at the price list, coloured tips are charged at $65 with a full acrylic set. When I went to pay, she said it was $70. I asked her how that could be with the price list explicitly saying otherwise, and she still charged both my sister and I $70 each as “I used a small brush so it’s more expensive.” I have tried to reach out via Facebook but have not heard anything. I want to know how this situation can be rectified.
