Terrible service, quoted for a price, I signed, then I find out they’ve added more to the quote, I asked how they can do this, their response was You signed it, legal action is heading their way

after 24 years and 5 sets of hearing aids which I hardly ever wore due to being uncomfortable I visited Bay Audio and had the most thorough tests they I have ever had. The previous providers never did most of these tests that I did yesterday. The end result was I walked out with my hearing aids which I never wore much before cause I hated them but after the man fine tuned them and made them comfortable I will not take them out- My accolades for this clinic can not be higher -Well done my new provider Bay Audio you have won me- Cheers Ken Wright
