Kuranda Rainforest Journeys ATV & Quad bike tours

My Husband and I really enjoyed our ATV tour. The guides were really friendly and professional. The ATV bikes were good fun and very easy to learn. We had a few stops along the way during our 1 hour tour which were interesting to learn more about local things and the rainforest. W arrived via the Sky Rail and it was so easy to be picked up as they have a clearly marked spot just away from the gondolas. We had a very easy going cassowary walk right past at the main group spot. Would really recommend.

Had an absolutely wonderful time here today on the 2 hour ATV tour. We also got to stop along the way and see a number of interesting sights such as huge trees, vines, lookouts, fruit trees and more. Our guide Ellen (I think that was her name) was amazing - telling us about everything from Cassowaries to hydro electric power plants! We also saw several Cassowaries - including a baby! The tour is definitely worthwhile, especially the 2 hour one - and there's sufficient short breaks along the way to rest your thumb from the throttle. The owner even drove to the front gate to pick me up after my Uber driver refused to drive into the property on the ~2km or so driveway. Friendly staff, great reliable quads, great price and fantastic service. I'd definitely come and do this tour again. Well done, 5 stars!

Absolutely loved this tour. I booked a buggy thinking as we were 60 year olds it would be safer. Hubby wished it would have been the quad bike but he loved the buggy now he wants one. Our tour guide Masa was funny & informative. The highlight was getting close to the cassowaries. Would highly recommend this tour.

Loved this tour! We haven’t stopped talking about it. Perry was very helpful in getting everything set up for us (planning from the USA) and was very responsive and professional during our correspondence. We were able to book a full day tour (skyrail, scenic train and the ATV tour). Once we arrived in Cairns he continued to follow up with us to make sure everything was all systems go. To make the deal even sweeter, we had Ellen as our tour guide! She was def cool people, very knowledgeable and showed us a good time (down to earth, friendly, attentive). The views from the rainforest floor and learning about the history of the property and the surrounding area was pretty awesome. We would definitely recommend this tour to others and would do it again ourselves. I would also recommend the 2 hr tour as it will give you more time to see things.

Absolutely amazing journey. Ellen was our guide and she was just lovely, super accommodating and informative. My grandmother couldn't ride one of the ATVs but was still able to ride up front and get a guided tour. Lots of fun, education (haha, not too much) and an up close encounter with cassowary's (dad with babys). A slightly bumpy path but would definitely recommend!

Thank you for a fun, interactive and informative tour. This was a highlight of our holiday and a must do! A great way to explore and learn about the Kuranda rainforest while keeping the kids engaged with the thrill of riding their own Quad bikes :D

My family and I had the best time on the ATV ride. Not only did they fit us in (after i booked the wrong date) at the last minute they guide was very informative & fun to be around. The tracks are nice and its age inclusive as smaller children can go in the can am buggy with an adult. We all had a blast and had all ages from 7 to 31 and all agreed its a must do!

When taking a trip to Kuranda booking this tour is a must!!! The highlight of the day was the quad bike tour, the family that run this made us all feel so welcome and gave us a great insight into the history of the area. Our tour guide was great as well, he made sure we all got great photos to remember this experience

So happy we booked this tour! We had a nervous 13yo but the staff were reassuring and delightful with him. He absolutely loved it! Ellen, our guide was a blast. We all had a lot of fun with her and she added to our experience with her knowledge of the fauna and flora. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time. We had a group of 11 (8 adults and 3 children). 6 adults road on the ATV quad bikes whilst 2 adults accompanied the minors in a 6 seater buggy that our tour guide drove. This was great as it allowed our whole family to enjoy the tour and no one had to sit out. Very informative, tour guides are friendly with a sense of humour. Nice small intimate group setting. Heads up it's a long drive from the turn off of the main street. Keep driving, you're in the right track lol. We will defs come again!
