Had very bad customer service experience with the pickup today. The employee asked me to enter the warehouse to carry the mattress which usually you shouldn't enter for safety reasons. Then once we put it outside close to the car he said he has to go and I will load it into the car alone.

Very very rude sales person!!!!! He kicked us out of the store just because we tried to negotiate 2 times......other stores was still nice to us even though we negotiated more than 2 times.....he is racist!!!

Great friendly service, no hassling and left to browse on my own time but staff was there when needed. The bed we bought was also of great quality and solid at a much cheaper price than the other bedding options in the area. Delivered the following week within the time arranged. Can't fault them if you know exactly what you want.

NORTHLAND SAUVE - the service is extremely poor, they pressure you to purchasing as a sale is a sale, money is money for them.They don't make it known of the terms and conditions as they are attached to a book while you sign the front.After approaching the manger I was absolutely disgusted in the service in all areas. very greedy and do not care about customers satisfaction.Would highly advise not to shop here, I've only recently since my incident with them heard from others that they are quiet the 'dodgy' furniture sales and I couldn't agree any more.advise not to shop here, very untrustworthy. Also the pricing is ridiculous.Everything is sold somewhere else much cheaper.

update: repair completed, only took one day fixed very fast,so in this case,although process took long time but at last satisfied with results.Shopping was originally a very happy thing. I didn't expect to.... endure being wronged.The customer service's attitude is extremely poor. the recliner obviously the quality problem, and we were wronged that we broke it's arm by ourselves.Is it because I didn't check carefully on the delivery day that I have to suffer such a thing？Due to this issues my aged mum insomnia these nights, In this retailer's eyes, the two-year warranty is nothing, and the contract already be completed when the goods are soldMeet such a retailer for the first time, not to solve problems, but to shirk responsibility and wronged customers!Anyway I will defend my customer's rights！Update: Waiting the supplier’s response!

This is a hidden gem!They sell good quality furniture and VERY comfortable mattresses and at good value.They are the best furniture store of that particular homemaker centre by far!

I’ve had a Stafford and Mason sleepfit mattress (medium) and a bed frame from Suave for about a month now. So far, so great! The mattress is so comfortable, the bed sturdy and it was easy to assemble. Good customer service at Suave Preston and a great price.
