Brighter Choices

We just had our first cleaning this week with Ang and Amber and it was so great! I am so happy that we switched.Previously, we were with another house cleaning company for 2 years who struggled to maintain a consistent schedule and provide service as communicated. We booked in with Emily to do a quote. She was kind, professional, and thorough - even taking the time to make our 4 year old feel seen and heard - which goes a long way with me. My family described her as a modern-day Mary Poppins.There's a portal which makes seeing your up-coming cleaning schedules easy. Ang and Amber rocked up on time, were friendly and did a great job on our first deep clean. (We are alternating between deep cleans and standard cleans every week for our 4 bed/2.5 bath house).So far, so good! And I'm looking forward to continuing to get great service from Emily and her team.

Unreliable, unprofessional and terrible communicator.My experience with this company has been nothing but the worse.Said she would come at one time then came to a different (excuses given). Said to email quotes, never did. Chased the director of this company through several messages and emails. No answer until complaining message was sent (excuses given). She would still commit to do things (follow up on sending quote after wasiting my time coming to assess my home) she never sent anything and just kept giving excuses. Decided to give her a second chance recently after 3 months (stupid me) I sent two emails and text message directly to her (the director). There was never an answer.Most likely for this review as it is public there would be an answer.Please do not provide an answer to this pretending you did the right thing because your know very well you didn't. No more excuses.

Emily and her team are simply incredible, we had a deep clean and honestly I have never been so impressed with a cleaning service before, on time, professional, everything was immaculate and the care taken just blew us away. I would highly recommend.

Emily and her team are amazing! We starting with a deep clean that left our busy house feeling like a home and then followed up with a 'Freshen Up' the following week, no need for a big clean! This allowed us to start the weekend immediately. A professional team of magical fairies who waved their wands over our space with attention to detail. The teddies were arranged so sweetly on my daughters bed, throws draped perfectly and not a mark on the floor, cupboards, sink.... just sit down and enjoy the family. Thank you Brighter Choices Team, you make life that much easier.

I can’t recommend Emily, Rowena and the whole team any more highly. It was a delight to come home from working busy shifts through lockdown to a sparkling house.
