I always love coming to this store to explore the most recent and trending books. My grandchildren love coming here and seeing the interactive books and even wanting to read chapter books! My eldest grandchild loves buying those Japanese books from here and has me interested in some as well. Prices are reasonable for books but the book accessories are sometimes lackluster and I wish there were more variety in book accessories.- Steve Peterson

I really do like this store, great selection of books and comics for good prices. But today I spoke to an older store clerk and had asked him to look up a certain series on their computer (of which I looked up prior on their website to ensure they have it in stock) and was met with the sentence I haven't heard of that series before so we don't have it in stock" no searching it up. No pretending to look. Just telling me they do not have "DCeased" series in stock because he's never heard of it. Which is labelled "instock" on their website.Still love the store though hence the 2 star
