Food and chef did not show up to my event. Unprofessional, Disorganised & Rude.Robert and I chatted on the phone & via emails for weeks about menu, amount of guests, location and on the day just did not show up as agreed. He did not tell us he was not coming, no warning or anything.Do not trust this company. Don’t waste your time.

Would recommend and use them again.Robert, Tim and their team at red pepper were professional and know their craft, they ensured that our wedding guest were thoroughly looked after. Even in heavy rain, they really Shone through.Food was great and guest left full, we had guest came up to us and complimented the food.They gave us many options in choosing what style of catering we wanted and even right down to the ingredients they used and not once did it feel overwhelming at all.Never once did we feel like they wanted to take advantage of us because it was for a wedding. All in all it red pepper was great and we didn't have any major problem when the big day arrived.Thanks again for making our wedding a success.

Red Pepper Catering, catered my small 30 people wedding, and they were amazing!To start, the food was delicious! Their cheesecake was quiet literally the best cheesecake I have ever had! The sweet potato and parsnip chips were such a crowd pleaser and the lamb was succulent!They were easy to deal with, very attentive to all our guest and super accommodating of some of my own and guests eating habits ( vegetarian, vegan and gluten free). In fact, they had a huge selection for the not of “normal” eaters.Thank you for the awesome food on our wedding day!

I attended a wedding that was catered by Red Pepper. In general the food was good, but some small pies were brought out as finger food and I took a bite and immediately burned my lip as they were not temperature tested before bringing them out. This made eating difficult and not enjoyable for the rest of the night. 2 other people mentioned having an issue with the temperature of the press also. That was a shame because most of the comments were that the food was good.

Redpepper catered for our wedding in Katoomba. They were so efficient and friendly and the food was delicious! Great communication and service received throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Redpepper Catering!

We searched high and low for wedding caterers and upon finding Red Pepper catering we knew they were what we were looking for. They didn't disappoint on the day either with magnificent canapés, scrumptious mains and a wonderful drink service. We'd recommend hiring Red Pepper for any event!

Red pepper catered our wedding of 120 people and their food was absolutely devine!They were very inclusive as we had a number of guests with dietary requirements/allergies eg. anaphylaxis, coeliac etc.When we had our canape tasting we were blown away!When we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID 19 restrictions they were understanding and able to let us know if they were available on our new date.They arrived on time on the day of our wedding and we did not have to think about a single thing!All the food came out on time (they also set aside some canapes for the bridal party so we wouldn't miss out whilst we were off having photos).Could not recommend them more!
