Apple recommend them as a repairer told me what to ask viatek to do but they just told my wife its a 2010 model and its to old wouldn't listen to what apple told us to ask for so I rang Apple and I'm taking it to them on Saturday to up grade the memory of it

Thank you Stacey & Monique for your professional customer service over the phone today. Unfortunately, your technician failed you with his unprofessional manner to the sense of timing. As this obviously was not a major technical problem and was only a matter of purchasing a consumable product, it became an urgent issue at our end as without a replacement toner waste cartridge our whole machine does not function. Not knowing that the Ballarat office is not staffed full time and offering to drive from Daylesford to pick up said consumable and be told no one was there so I could not pick up I was informed that the technician would be at our office by 11.30am. Problem would have been solved if the technician was on the same clock, but obviously he wasn't? After phoning again at 12 noon and to be told he was on his way, still no show at 12.30pm another phone call at 12.50pm to be told he was 20-25 mins away, then another phone call at 1.30pm to be told he was 2 minutes away and he finally walked in the door at 1.50pm!!!! This attitude caused undue stress at our end as 80% of our work is through our photocopier. Extremely disappointed that replacing consumables that do not require a technician isn't made easier for businesses in regional Victoria.

I felt judged and put down by the consultant I spoke with. When I decided I needed the product I was asking about, and indicated I would like to buy it, I was ignored. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We cannot speak more highly about our experience with Viatek. Trent always makes sure our needs are met. His service is 5 star. Its a relief knowing we have someone to call for all our business requirements and they are always actioned promtly and efficiently.

Dropped our Thunderbolt display off to be repaired, rang me and told me there was nothing wrong with it, get it back to the office and wouldn,t turn on!!Still managed to charge us $300 and nothing was fixed...
