We normally drive 30min one way to get my dogs groom done with Ann and Chifen!He has skin condition and patchy coat from it, but they always make him look so handsome!All of the staff are very friendly and takes such a good care for each dogs :)

With competitive pricing there is no real comparable service.They are fully airconditioned so regardless of the season, Bailey is happy to get groomed all year round. They have a large grass patch out the from for the dogs to do their business, they have a closed reception area (so even the best escape artist won’t make a dash for it) and the grooming takes place behind another closed door behind reception. They facilities are amazing and brand new, the quality of the groom is second to none. Bailey always struts out of the salon with sass and happiness.They have a large range of additional extras, organic products (we use the pawtection for the dried out paws) treats and novelty toys if required.They have amazing communication, from bookings and booking reminders to text messages for when I should leave to come and get her (No waiting around).Thanks to Chifen and the experienced Team for being absolutely amazing and reliable. We wouldn’t trust any other groomers. Safe to say I feel safe and reassured leaving Bailey in their hands and trust them to make the right decision about the type of groom and services she needs and what’s best for her. Amazing service! The team are so accommodating to any requests and do a great job while always being so kind and patient with my puppy. She loves going and being pampered.

We've recently moved away from the area but won't take Remy anywhere else. Chifen and the team make Remy feel so safe and cared for at drop off. The service is incredible and I always get a happy dog back (which hasn't happened for us in the past with other groomers). Thank you Graceville Paws! You've got life long customers here.

Took my puppy here for his first hair cut, the lady was really nice and made me feel really comfortable leaving him there. He looked great afterwards too.

Asked for a full body short clip for Oreo. Wonderful experience, service is incredibly friendly and welcoming and Oreo came out very cleanly cut all around. They did a great job with his face even with though he had some matted tufts. Very responsive to messages and good communication, the online booking system is very easy, well organised, and clear. Not my closest groomer but the best one yet

My dogs are my little fur children! So looking for the right groomer is very important to me and very glad that I found Chifen at Graceville Paws.
