Clean and comfortable.Excellent location.Good value

For a 3 star motel this is superb. I am so impressed. Its an older motel and the bathroom is dated. But a modern shower head gives you a great shower. Attention to detail is very evident.. Iceblocks in the fridge and a jug of cold water awaits. It has all the trappings of 4 star. The room is spacious, a lounge, comfy queen, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery, aircon. Telly etc. Includes tissues, hair dryer, clothes line in bathroom iron and ironing board, good size dining table, is in a quiet location walking distance to pub. Breakfast menu looks wonderful at a very reasonable price. Well done owners. And it's inexpensive as motels go. We paid 120 for 2 Jan 23. So much to see and do here in the Warrenbungles.

Good service, great location & large clean rooms, bathroom area small.

I loved my two nights stay at this motel.The room and ensuite were very clean, and the queen bed very comfortable.There was a microwave, TV, and A/C.The room was also quite spacious.The cooked breakfast you can order was a good way to start the day.The location couldn't be better. It's central but quite at the same time.I would definitely stay there again.

Nice, clean and quite comfy. Rooms are typical if most motels. No food but tea/coffee stuff, few biscuits. Microwave, toaster and kettle available. Would definitely book with these guys again.

Clean, very quiet, a comfortable spacious room. Just what this traveller needed. Also a swimming pool for a dip ar end of warm day's drive. Excellent location.

Lovely clean room, away from the highway, all amenities worked and bathroom was a good size. Very happy stay! Dark skies and sliding springs observatory were excellent too.

Rooms are a bit dated but very big and clean. Yes, you can hear the trucks go past. It’s the highway so it’s expected but they didn’t keep us awake.Shower was the best one on our week away.Pool was closed, which was ok because it was not warm enough to swim.There’s a small dog, which looks to be kept in the pool area. It’s very friendly. Loves a pat and some attention. Not sure that’s the best place for it, with no grassed area.For the price, it was fine and served our purpose, being in the middle of town.In these times, if you want a meal anywhere, book ahead.

Clean, comfortable, parking good, not far to go to eating places..Price reasonable...Electric blanket on beds for those who feel the cold..but the reverse cycle air cons keeps the room at a good temperature..If travelling again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
