I'll be really honest. The staff were friendly and chatty, but the service could use alot of work.My mother did the eyelash extensions, she chose what she wanted to do but the boss advised against her doing the cheaper one and asked her to opt for the more expensive one, but it ended up looking like the cheaper eyelash extension anyway. They were a little pushy with regards to the services as well. A few days later, my mom's eyelash extensions were really itchy and irritable, and her eyes kept tearing up. She eventually had a minor accident while driving because her eyes were so blurry and itchy. I would not recommend this place just based on the eye extensions alone but you guys are welcome to try. You might have a difference experience than we did.

I've only recently moved to Brighton and was desperate to find a good nail and beauty salon in the area. After trying a few salons, I found Em 2 to be the best - their customer service is incredible, ensuring their clients are comfortable and enjoying the services. I highly recommend them!
