The service from the staff at Stegbar Maroochydore has been nothing but first class. From the first call to the admin staff and then to Adam Van Roevan coming to measure up and then him organising the install during their very busy time of the year. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for the first class service.

I recently sliding installed doors for my linen cupboard.Megan and Adam have provided excellent service and I am very happy with the doors installed.I highly recommend Stegbar Maroochydore to purchase sliding doors.

My wife and I popped into the Maroochydore showroom and received a quote that was better than expected. Several weeks later we proceeded with the quote and had Adam measure ups and finalise the quote. Very happy with the whole experience so far. I'm happy to recommend Stegbar for shower screens etc.

This must be the most successful business in Australia as they are simply too busy to provide a quote after several weeks, what a joke. I bet higher up management would be interested to know this branch can't be bothered quoting.

My job has not been done yet, but so far my dealings with Megan at the Maroochydore office and Adam the fellow who came to measure and give a final quote have been excellent. Most impressed with Alan who arrived on the dot for his appointment to measure up. He was friendly, cooperative and efficient. So if he is the man doing my job after February 13th, I think I will be happy.

Oh man .. i really wish i could leave a solid review on these guys, as they came recommended and i had high hopes.The doors themselves are super nice, and the integrated fly screens for the bifolds are such a great idea and extremely functional.However ... there clearly is no quality check when the units leave the factory.Holes in the fly screens.Missing magnets to hold the bifolds in placeChunks out of the cedar window frameswindows dont shut properly or stay openNylon rollers for the screen doors are brokenMissing screw for the rollers ( which means they cant be adjusted)Quality of some of the joinery --- sub par.Fly screen plastic tracks not seamless ( so the screens get caught and stop half way )List goes on .....Oh and not to mention that hadn't started manufacturing half the order when it wast supposed to have been delivered.Shaun the sales rep for the QLD devision was super great to deal with and came to site to check everything multiple times. He also pushed along the other department responsible for the delivery.So no complaints there.Techs have been out twice now to try and sort the issues, each time weeks in between. Still waiting on parts ...Get it together guys. Its not as though these cost me a few grand. I spent $100K with you guys!!!!Precisely why i went with another company for the remaining windows for the build.

Megan was extremely helpful and informative, sending the quote very quickly and following up a query by phone. Unfortunately, we were not able to do business with her this time but I would certainly deal with her again should the need arise. Very impressed with her customer service, thank you Megan.

Great service from Megan and Adam at Maroochydore. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and prompt in getting us our information and quote. The screen will be fitted soon and I'm sure will be great.

Do not order windows & doors from Stegbar. The wait time is ridiculous for a product made in Australia. No estimated time for delivery given, then when you eventually get a delivery date, the products do not turn up! Very unhappy.

10/10 highly recommend to anyone...This is the 2nd time my builder has used this store and each time they have been fantastic.Price competitive, and excellent service.
