$20 markup on RRP for a Kärcher accessory is a bit steep just for the convenience. Otherwise, the service was friendly and he smiled whilst overcharging me.

We bought a Karcher window cleaner, paid about $100 three years ago, used it maybe five times and it stopped working. I took it to Vortek, they made sure the charger was working then told me it wasn't worth fixing. I believe it is only the switch that is stuck or not working. Money down the drain, the product doesn't last and the service is non existent.I cannot recommend the WV2 window cleaner, very poor performance and service too expensive to repair if something goes wrong. Buy another one from another company, do not buy the Karcher cleaner.

I have endeavoured to make contact with Vortek 3 times via their online websales facility. Sadly it appears that their sales department aren't interested in following up my enquiry. I'm not impressed and will of course be taking my business elsewhere.
