Very rude and unprofessional. One of the ladies end up yelling at me after I asked if she can correct one of the nail as it wasn’t done properly. Very upsetting and unprofessional. Won’t go there again.

Nice boutique nail shop with comfortable and well lit interior. I get my sns manicures and shellac pedicure done here.

I’ve been to Germany, to Sydney CBD and to other places in the past four years but nowhere else compared to the SNS I get done here! It doesn’t require UV or LED lighting to dry and the consistency is always polished and well done. It’s always good! I always come back here because I know I will get a good job done on my nails.

The worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. Took them 1.5hrs for me to get shellac taken off and redone. Rude staff, completely disorganised, slow and unhygienic. The worst nail salon experience i’ve ever had.

i would actually give this 0 stars if i could. do not ever go here please. customer service sucks and they aren’t good with nails at all. i wanted to just do a plain white shellac but when they were finished the color was basically transparent and it was very bumpy. there was also this lady’s hair stuck in a layer of the shellac coloring. when i showed them the hair stuck in it they aggressively bluffed it off and redid it which took so much time. i spent more than 90 mins there and my nails still dont look good. i also went with a friend and her cuticles were bleeding because the lady accidentally cut into it.

Unfortunately it was a negative experience. The ladies there refused to do simple designs for my friend. I came in for an infill, my nails had to be fully removed and a new set. I mentioned to her that I like it thicker to prevent breakage but she advised thinner is better. I decided to let her do what she thought was best. 2 days later one of my nails started lifting and broke off completely. Never have I been to a salon and them break off so fast.

I usually receive great service here, so was surprised today to be treated the way I was. One of the girls painted my shellac on very messily and the paint was bleeding around the edges into my cuticles. The colour was also not what was shown on the shellac sample nails, it must've been running out as she did 3 coats but it was still very watery and translucent. When I asked her to please clean up around the edges of my nails, she said nothing could be done and it was my fault because I moved my nail in the machine". I responded that I actually had kept my nails very still and she ignored me. I then asked her to please redo the nails as they were very messy. She tutted and started aggressively and painfully buffing off the shellac. She then stormed over to get the new nail colour

Absolutely horrendous customer service !!! The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered !!! Four times following an SNS manicure the nails chipped within 3 days - finally went back to ask for them to be fixed & owner told me not to come back to them again !So many more similar businesses in Mosman which deserve peoples business more than Celine.Only thing going for them is the locationJust so rude & not very good manicures.

I'm not usually one to post a review. However I just got my nails done here. The job was done poorly and rushed. The manicure and SNS on my finger nails looks shocking and cost $55.I would not recommend this place.

Worst customer service, will never return. Manager and staff were rude, unfriendly and refused to fix two nails due to their rushed job.Salon was dirty and not cleaned property between each customers, strongly do not recommend.
