I have been going to Knox LCA, over the last year and have been very satisfied with their treatment every single time. Nina, my beauty therapist/ consultant is an absolute gem. She listens to what I tell her about my skin and she only recommends what is necessary. Never pushy, always caring, knowledgeable, kind and she always does her best for her clients.

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to say that Maliny has been providing amazing service for me. She’s quick and efficient and makes me feel really comfortable whenever I come for my sessions. I would definitely recommend her for any beginners needing laser appointments! She’s super attentive, gives great practical advice and is most importantly so friendly.

I want to thank Mel from the Knox clinic for her kindness over the last few months while I’ve been doing laser. I can’t recommend her enough - she’s the absolute best! I was so nervous doing it for the first time but she is always so nice, caring and patient.Thank you so much Mel, you are amazing!

I usually don't give negative reviews easily as one might be having a bad day that impacts their service. But this is about a hazard.I had a laser appointment today. I was 4 minutes late and was told they won't be able to fulfil all the services I had booked which is fine as they mention it on the counter but last time I was 2 minutes early and had to wait for 25 full minutes. It is customer's fault when they are late but what about the clinic when they make you wait for 25 minutes. Isn't my time valuable?Now, moving on to the appointment. The girl doing my laser was clearly inexperienced. She was struggling with making the laser machine work, not one, not two, but multiple times. Then came the hazard part, while working on my hand, the protective shield at the tip came off!!!! And suddenly there was a big zap and a flame. Luckily, I wasn't hurt. Even she was surprised that I wasn't hurt. She tried to put the blame on my pants and said, it zapped because of your black jeans...... After that she completely forgot which parts she had already lasered.I am fine if you want to train your staff. But please supervise them until they are ready to do it on their own. I might be just another customer for you but my skin is precious to me.

My 3 treatments of Laser for pigmention didnt work. Spoke to the owner about it but nothing was offere .Purchased many trearments for glyco peel my skin didn't like that so I didn't use the other two treatments. Also purchased skin needling, did one treatment which was ok the second treatment I asked if they could use a larger needle but was told they only use the one size. My experiece with skin needling with other beauticians is as you progress through mutiple treatments different size needles are use. Not at the laser clinics each treatment the same needles are used. When I made my last appointment for needling I was told it was expired I said I didnt realise these treatments expired, so I advise every one read the T&Cs carefully because I wasn't told about expirey. They said they would honour the treatment so I made an appointment for a week later. On my way to the appointment 34 minutes before I got a call to say it wouldn't be honoured and that they wont do the treatment unless I paid. I was furious. As I went there because one of the beauticians I meet at another clinic worked there. That beautician was the third person I saw in a 12 month or so period that has now left the business. Two other girlfriends have expressed to me that they dont go there anymore as they where also not happy with the service that was provided.I say buyer beware of there advertisements and half price services. Go to a small business to get better. I will never go there again. And will never purchase another product from them. I have read some reviews and most people talk about Nina, who was the reason I went there and purchased treatments. Nina is no longer there people so if anyone knows where she is contact me on FB. I must admit I was pretty rude to Joanne the manager over the phone and I apologise I was extremley angry as your told one thing that they will honour your service and the managment decline at the last minute. If I had of been called the day before I probably have been more excepting. I had to drive 35 minutes to go to Knox expecially. Lucky as I would have been disappointed anyway be ause my girl had left.Deb Debono

I decided to try laser hair removal this year and was slightly nervous with the procedure. I have been with Jess since the beginning and could not recommend her enough! She is very attentive and friendly, and made the whole experience very comfortable for me. Jess is always super informative and happy to answer any questions I may have. She also provides the best possible deal/package for the services I’m after. I’m content with the results as well.

I am so happy in this clinic because of their staff especially Rita who did hair removal for me. She is very kind ,patient and expert in his job.

I went Knox laser clinic for a hair removal treatment. I've done it 15 sessions here, but this time it was a bad experience. The way they do my hair removal is like just to get money without knowing if their client will get a good result or not. I will never come back
