Before birth, she helped a lot with educating. She is great at giving personalised advice based on what she knows about her client (and she remembers the details from 3 years ago when we first engaged her!).During birth, she’s a wealth of knowledge, and her rich experience from many years of assisting at births, makes her quite the birth coach. I felt so supported by her when I was going through increasingly difficult contractions and feel so glad to have re-engaged her even for our 2nd baby.After birth, she’s the ultimate Baby Whisperer and gives specific advice on how to care for the baby. She even helped me through a 1 hour phone call at 2am when I encountered an unforeseen problem with breastfeeding.My husband and I highly recommend her without any hesitation if you’d like someone to support your next birthing experience!

I had such an amazing experience with Dee for my placenta encapsulation. I had been looking into the best options available and stumbled across the site. As soon as I reached out Dee was highly Professional and informative. She explained all the options available. This was so important to me as I was unsure how I wanted to go about it.As soon as I had given birth she was quickly attentive which enabled a smooth process and I couldn’t believe how quickly the capsules came- in 2 days. Amazing service, I decided last minute in mids of labour I wanted the placenta package and even with Cabrini inability to provide quality service. Di was able to walk me through what I needed to say to get the placenta to her ASAP. She was amazing assistance and help, Di really worked hard to work with me to get the package I needed and to receive her service ASAP.

Dionne was recommended to me by a friend who had a positive experience with her services. I however have had an unsatisfactory experience.My initial enquiry via email was unanswered, and after a follow up phone call to Dionne, she said she doesn’t regularly check her emails and phone or text is the best method of contact. I selected and have paid for package which includes a tincture, balm and two types of placenta encapsulation tablets. I have only received the tablets, with no word on the tincture & balm. It has now been almost 5 months. I have followed up with phone calls, voice message & text and she has not contacted me.Do not recommend her services as you don’t get what you paid for!!

Dionne was fantastic to deal with - great communication and accommodated me even though I contacted her one week out from birth. I have good energy levels post c section, recovering well and have not really had much baby blues 3 weeks postpartum. I will be sad when my pills run out! Would highly recommend to all expecting mums.

Unfortunately my experience with Dionne hasn't been positive and I would not recommend this service. The massage is not worth the hassle and frustration of dealing with her lack of responding. My partner gifted me a massage certificate through Dionne to enjoy in my late stages of pregnancy. While Dionne was quick to respond when I first contacted her the rest of the communication was disappointing. Dionne had promised to get back to me with dates when the clinic was open again in a week's time, after 2 weeks of no reply I followed up, with no response. I followed up a second time 2 weeks later where Dionne was able to get me in the next day, which was lucky because I had reached my due date, and she offered an additional massage on the house for being so patient. After the massage Dionne advised she would get back to me with some dates and times for the free massage the following week. I never heard back. About 6 weeks later I contacted Dionne after recovering from some post birth complications and asked if the offer of the free massage still stands. Dionne said that it did and we discussed some dates, I booked in for 4 week's time when Dionne was next available on 15th of May. On the day of the massage I organised my baby's feeding schedule around the massage. The time came and went and Dionne didn't show. I called and sent a text, no response. The next day I sent another text and no response. I waited another week and sent another text and no response. I still haven't heard from Dionne. I guess she didn't really want to provide a free massage - if that was the case she shouldn't have offered it twice!

Things dont often go as planned during labour and delivery, literally before being wheeled into the operating theatre for an emergency c-section, I asked my partner to contact Dionne to arrange my placenta encapsulation. I am so happy that Dionne was very helpful and flexible when I needed her services. ♥️ She is also very responsive if you shoot her an email or SMS. Highly recommended!
