Converted my bike rack plug to a 13 pin and changed my car's tow bar plug to face horizontally. Previously the tow bar plug was facing downwards and it was very difficult to plug in my bike rack each time. I made a booking and the conversion was done within an hour for $120. Would go back to Joe for anything electrical for my vehicles.

My reverse camera was not working after I tried to jump-start my car with the cables inverted.Other auto electrician didn't even want to look at it and said if I inverted the cables the camera was gone and would need $750 to replace the whole system.Took the car to La Rock instead and these legends sorted it out for me for $100.
