Ordered through menulog, I got the Mediterranean salad. It was so oily and did not taste fresh at all sorry Nandos but with the salads that should be healthy and uplifting it was absolutely the opposite. BIG failure!!!! And a waste!!!

Meal was served quick. Friendly staff. Clean environment. I ordered extra hot and it didn't disappoint. The supergood bowl was just perfect size. A really enjoyable visit.

I recently dined at Nando’s Shepparton, and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. I believe it is essential to share my grievances to help others make informed decisions about dining at this establishment.From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The hostess seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. The lack of warmth and hospitality was incredibly off-putting, leaving a negative first impression.Things only went downhill from there. The waitstaff appeared to be disorganized and overwhelmed, leading to long wait times for simple requests. My server seemed uninterested in attending to our table and rarely checked in to ensure our needs were met. It was clear that providing excellent customer service was not a priority for them.Moreover, when I attempted to address my concerns with the server, their attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation or provide any form of resolution. It felt as though my dissatisfaction was inconsequential to them, and they simply wanted to rush through their duties without regard for customer satisfaction.I sincerely hope that the management of Nando’s takes these criticisms seriously and makes significant improvements to their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience with attentive and respectful customer service.

I recently dined at the restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with great attention to detail in the decor. The service was excellent . Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

This is a review that I have had to really sit and think about for a while now. It's been months since I last stepped in at this nandos. As a big fan of the food chain and a regular at this restuarant I couldn't believe the disregard for my problem when I told them that I think that the chicken is a bit off and would either like it changed or given an alternative. The manager proceeded to tell me that she had just had the chicken and there was nothing wrong with it. still hungry my friend and I had to excuse ourselves and leave the food Unfinished (something we would never do to a cheeky meal at the establishment). from there I vowed not to step back at this restuarant until management had been changed. fortunately there is beneditos which is a sufficient alternative and will continue to eat there.Initially I was going to keep this to myself but I think this has to be said otherwise they will continue to mistreat customers like this.
