Bought flowers from here early last week, Dona was really friendly and had put together a bouquet for my wife. She suggested to hold onto the bouquet and for me to pick it up before going home on the train so that it would remain as fresh as possible..Flowers are still in full bloom atm!Love your work Her Majesty's Florist!!

Quite possibly the ugliest flowers I have ever received, and I felt terrible because my mum paid quite a lot for them to arrive late (over $80). They did offer to change them if I brought them back in, but I was at work and couldn't do so. They also waived the fee for delivering them after my engagement, so they were only $80 in total).They also stank, so I couldn't keep them in my office. I moved them to the work kitchen and people asked me to move them out (this is day one).I wouldn't buy from this place.

I saw you spray painting a chrysanthemum on the footpath out the front of the shop. With something veyr strongly toxic smelling, presumably pink spray paint. Please explain?

I emailed 'Her Majesty's Florist' with the required details as mentioned in the scoopon. I got the reply stating the delivery will be on Tuesday 13/09/2016, but was not deliver on that day so I call them and they replied that there was an issue with the Courier service and it will be deliver next day Wednesday 14/09/2019. On that day the flowers are delivered without Chocolates. I called them again and the lady on phone mentioned that it was a mistake from the courier agency. So my suggestion is don't buy this scoopon as the service is not at all professional and you may be wasting your money.

Ordered flowers from this place and must admit service was good, very helpful. Got the flowers delivered by 12.38 pm that same day which is actually good as well. Pretty happy and would recommend to use them to anyone.Review as at 19/04/2016

ALWAYS HAS A GOOD RANGE OF FLOWERS AND SERVED WITH A SMILE!This florist is in the lane behind the large Williams Street office towers. It is well patronised and has very bright flowers all year round.It is more a street front than a shop as it is open to the laneway. Service is pretty quick.
