My family has been going to Jamil's for years, and he has repaired many of our shoes and bags. He is truly an expert, professional, and very fairly priced. Would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Could not give an approximate quote over the phone for a specific description of 4.5cm heels to a pair of boots for re-heeling. I advised that they were not worn out but I wanted to re-heel them. He could not even give me an approximate starting price up to the most expensive (just so I can get an idea). He was adamant that I must come in. I then realised this was the same business (last year) that made me waste my time. He told me to come in & said he would look after me. When I got there the prices were not competitive. This tactic (to grab business from potential customers) does not work for me & so I left. Disappointing.

Jim was fantastic to deal with, old school professional with great service. Fixed a few pairs of shoes dropped off Friday morning and were ready Saturday lunchtime. Good price. will use Jim again.

Unfortunatelly it's little hard to deal with the owner, I used him couple years back and was charged $75 for new soles, work shoes, no problem but I needed a receipt but he would give me one, cash only!

Work does not last. Spent over $20 to have part of one sole glued on, had to take it back after 1 wear. Then had to take it back and pay for the other side, both which did not last 3 wears.

Best place for repairs, and the owner is a lovely man and always does a great job. Lovely to deal with and stopped going anywhere else for the last few years
