Natural Cleaning Melbourne

Very unprofessional. Made a booking a week in advance and upon multiple follow up they couldn't keep the appointment. Wanted me to change the date the last minute when I had made a booking well in advance that too after I called to confirm. The online booking system is useless as they ultimately give you a run around.

I had Sayaka clean for me for about a year before COVID19 (restrictions have meant she has since moved from Melbourne, sadly). I loved having her and her team clean, the products used are natural, house smelling so fresh and beautiful each time. I have recommended these cleaners to friends, it is so hard to find great cleaners - dusting all surfaces, sparkling clean bathroom and mopping my wooden floors every 1-2 weeks has been a delight to come home to. I have no hesitation in having a new team come once the restrictions lift (I will update after some weeks again)!
