I found that company make a great lotion that my parents in Korea was impressed of. It was my first time to order direct, i called to check ensuring that items can be shipped to Korea. I was informed that they will use DHL service and items can be arrived in a week time. I would expect little delay due to the covid-19, but I received an email following day that They use of Aust post and the Aupost advised them uncertain of delivery time. Astragrace offered a refund option and I agreed to accept instead of risking a long delivery time, but I don't think good of what has happened.Staffs were all alright in communication, but I'm disappointed of how the order had to be cancelled.
