Stunning to look at from the outside I was lured in by a sign that advertised $10 pancakes if the temperature was 5.1 degrees Celsius to 10 degrees Celsius.Once inside I was greeted and seated by the window which was nice however the smile didn't last too long.I had trouble using the QR code to order and was told that it couldn't be done in person and by the time that I logged in the temperature increased to 10.6 degrees Celsius. Even though it felt like it was 8 outside unfortunately I missed out on pancakes and walked home in the cold.Update: As I headed north from the shopping centre the wind picked up at which point I checked the BOM which now read 9.6 degrees Celsius, I quickly turned around and ran towards the parlour. Once again I was greeted and seated by the lovely staff and now being savvy to the QR system was able to order some $10 pancakes. Highly recommended!

The staff were super friendly and attentive. Food was great with solid portions. They currently have a deal where a few dishes are 5-10 dollars if the temperature is above 35 degrees. Great value meals and the vibes were wonderful too.

Staff were friendly enough but the food prices were over the top for the portion size. $7.90 for a half serving of cottage fries that was literally 2 burnt potatoes that were borderline raw in the centre. Kids meals were adequate. The description of the included sauce as a dollop" of tomato sauce was quite literal. A teaspoon at best. I left hungry. Going to get some pizza on the way home. Would only return if someone else is going to pay."

Great place for pancakes, had the gluten free or as they call it low gluten pancakes and they were fantastic. The it pancakes with Jamaican bananas candied walnuts and vanilla ice cream where delicious and my kids had kids pancakes. All a decent serve. Will definitely be back for those low gluten pancakes yum.

After being sat down, the service was a bit slow, but polite. The decor is really nice and cosy. It has that bit of old world charm. The pancakes were very delicious and beautifully presented. We usually go when we celebrate birthdays, etc. Definitely recommend and we will be back as usual.

I love the pancake parlour at Plenty Valley. There’s a nice entrance as it’s outside of the shopping centre and in the outdoor eating area, but still attached to the shopping centre.Service: I have always found the service to be very good and friendly.Food: This pancake parlour has a high standard of food and it’s yummy.Price: The pancake parlour is higher in price then other places, but it’s not somewhere that you will come every day but for special occasions or a just because treat.Location: It’s in a good location with Westfield there and other food outlets around. You can have something to eat then see a film or the other way around, or just stop in for a late coffee. If you have done your shopping with or without friends etc, stop and sit down and have a drink be it hot or cold. This is a great location because it’s not far from the other shops and your car or pickup point.Parking: Most times there’s plenty of parking as it’s part of the Westfield shopping area and the parking is good. Disability parking is right over the road, so it’s a good place to park and then accessible to have something to eat.Disability access: Yes they have access. The entrance is flat and the doors are double so they can open them to accommodate wheelchairs etc, I did mention parking and access above. It’s also easy to go from there into Westfield to shop if you wish.Menu Variety: Great variety and they have children’s menus plus specials for the weather. If you are looking for something that’s not on the menu, just ask.Why go: If you are going on a date and want something nice but not too formal, this will fit nicely. You have privacy and you are not constantly bothered by staff once you’re served. It’s great to go out with friends and family for a meal, something lite or a full meal if you want. Children are catered for.If your going to the movies or wanting just a coffee or tea, it’s a good place to stop by.Why not go: If you are on a tight budget, this is a place that you need to plan and save for to some degree. Don’t expect much change out of $20 for a basic meal.Overall: Worth going to for the treat or odd occasion, even something different. It’s also fun the way it’s decorated and unless you are really uninterested in pretty much everything, there will be something that will get your attention.

This is good restaurant for family and kids.Food I would say not bad. Menu option is good for family and kids. Just chefs need to improve little more quality because they are the masters of food. Just follow the recipe 100% that will give the burst of taste to customer.Tried Jamaican banana that’s my family favourite……Overall Good spot to explore
