Grampians Motel Hotel

They are dishonest charging us extra “commission” Because we used, booking. Com I’ve traveled all over Australia and this is the first time this has happened. Even trying to charge for the free Wifi that was advertised.The Indian restaurant on the premises was also upset because I asked about a 10% discount they had advised. They would use different story’s like “no it’s only takeaway, no not for that menu, to no we don’t do it anymore”I believe there trying to sell the business so they don’t care about customers anymore.Check all your prices first, you might be taken advantage off.

The staff were nice. The room was spot on and spacious. Parking. The restaurant had one of the best Indian curries I've had since I've been in Australia. The chicken is bbq cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the chicken anything.

Excellent clean motel rooms with great aircon and heating.It seems some of the reviews here are mistaking this location with the entirely separate Grampians Motel" which is not the "Grampians Motel Hotel".This motel is the one located directly on the Western Highway in Dadswells Bridge

Worst Place you can ever live. DO NOT GO THERE, they have contaminated water, spiders hanging on the roof when you are sleeping, insects and grubs coming from under the door and not to mention the LYING and LAZY Staff who doesn't even clean up, Dirty Bed sheets and ZERO Cutlery in the room. I booked it for 2 nights, I turned up there and they opened the room for me that had no Air-conditioning or Water in bathroom. When I complaint then the Lazy Staff Lady who claimed herself to be the wife of the owner, opened another room that was dusty and dirty and said you can have this. in the night I had spider fall on my wifes face and she screamed and ran out side. Next morning I complaint about the everything and I told them to refund the money and suddenly the Lazy Staff turned in to the Lying staff telling me she has no access to the refund eftpos and then she said I have no password and when I started to tell her that I am going to sue her in Melbourne VCAT she suddenly found the Password and refund the money back in to my card.These owners are Indians and they are a disgrace to the area, all these reviews are fake that claims they are good place to be, you go there and you see how rubbish that place it and you will know the fake reviews. DO NOT GO THERE.

Great place, stayed with the family and kids, fantastic owners, catered to our every need and made us feel at home! They also pointed us in the right direction for some great places to visit in the Grampians. Thanks again Noel and Laura for your excellent hospitality and great food!

We wanted to eat in the India restaurant, but they were closed for renovations. However they were kind enough to check and could make up a takeaway meal for us that was great. Thank you!

We stayed elsewhere but had dinner on the Views terrace. The food was great and the service excellent. The waiter (Navin?Naveed?) was so, so friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Had a comfortable stay in the family room. Lovely food and they also sent to the room. Good service and good price. Short distance drive to Halls Gap. Would come back here again.
