Got treated by the store manager like I was worthless just because I paid in cash and had alot of coins on me, didn't want to take the money at first because there were to many coins and a couple of them were abit old he threw them back at me on the counter saying he cannot take them because they are old, when you could see perfectly fine that they were Australia 2 dollar coins

Fresh and looking new! It’s generous floor space makes it refreshing to shop in. Very close to the Ivanhoe train station. The backdoor leads to Wallace Lane, which leads directly to the Donaldson Creek Trail for cyclists and walkers. The Darebin Creek Trail is not far away!

Better than your average Coles, nicely spaced out and plenty of checkout counters. Heaps of stock on shelves. Plenty of meat offerings and different cuts.Only minor criticism I have is the parking situation; it’s a little bit hard to get in/get out.

Coles Ivanhoe is a beacon of bumbling incompetency. For no apparent reason, its shelves are often bare of basic items, such as milk, chicken or ginger, as if the manager (with a perverse sense of humour) is going out of his or her way to replicate food shortages more readily associated with the dying days of the Soviet Union, not the world's most profitable supermarket duopoly. In addition, the stock on the shelves is appalling arranged and displayed. Often empty boxes that had carried stock hazardously litter the aisles, or crowd the shelves, blocking customers from seeing or taking products for purchase. I would encourage the company's directors to descend on this supermarket and see for themselves the curious manner of its operation.

Most terribly managed Coles I have ever seen. It is run by school kids dressed like drill rappers congregating, blocking isles and chatting. I cant even tell who works there everyone just wears what they want. Tonight I had a young checkout girl in a puffer jacket swearing right in front of my daughter. This place needs a staff clean out.
