I was absolutely appalled at the $100 bill for the mere 20 minute consultation that I received. That, coupled with the physio telling me my month long hip injury is merely “joint inflammation” is completely unacceptable. At $100 a session, I would expect at the very LEAST, a 30-45 minute period of hands on treatment to help address my physical concerns. I walked away from this appointment feeling as though my time and money had been taken advantage of, and my physio certainly did not disagree with the absurdity of this transaction. The excuse of being a “high in demand service in a small town” is unfair to your clients, especially considering many travel 100KM to be treated. Not cool. Not cool one bit.

First time seeing the new physio in town Jemar and can say that he really has the knowledge and is really passionate about his job. He took his time and explained me what is going on and what i needed to work on. Was really happy to have someone cared and wanted to help me with my well being since i have been having issues with my back since 2017. Would def recommend him!

The ladies in the front office reception were absolutely wonderful. Made to feel very welcome. Atmosphere is great. The physio Danny was also very good went through my injury with me, and how he can help to relieve/fix the problem.
