I could not rate Ezi Removals high enough.We had a wonderful experience with a huge move from the country to the suburbs, and they were very accommodating.Steve was the first person to call me back with a quote out of many different removal companies I enquired to, and he was very forthcoming and professional with what we could expect for pricing etc.I was even able to make significant changes to our plan for the move the night before, when we realised we had a lot more to move than I thought, and after a 9pm phone call Steve was able to arrange not only additional packing boxes for us, but another truck as well, which ended up being perfect for the day. Even at that hour he was professional and easy to talk to.We will be using them again in the future for sure.

Absolutely appalling and after a driver letting me down with excuses that were laughable when they were supposed to be onsite loading I called the supposed office guy who apologised and said he’d get right back to me and to this day I’ve never heard from him again. I guess they use who ever they or he can get to do a job because they have dome good reviews. I would not dream of going near them. I’d have given this lot less than one star but its the least that can be given, they don’t deserve any stars. Conversely I found another company who were wonderful and gave them a rave review.

We used Ezi Removals to pick up from 3 separate locations and deliver to our daughter's new unit. Great communication, easy guys to deal with (kept good sense of humour even on a hot Friday afternoon) and all went off without a hitch. Would certainly use them again.

Very professional, pleasant and hardworking removalists in David & Liam. I could not fault them in any way. Nothing was too much trouble. The only reason for not 5 stars is that Steve agreed to my request for 3 removalists and a large truck and on the day it was a small truck and 2 removalists. That was very disappointing. However, this takes nothing away from the super job David & Liam did. Highly recommended.

Booked this company well in advance to move some fish tanks as well as some furniture they showed up today couldn't move the fish tanks despite saying they could poor communication,don't rely on them they're not very great what they do if I could give no stars I would. Now I have to scramble around and find somebody that can move my tanks thanks for nothing. I notice a few extra reviews that praise them to conveniently after my negative must call on some mates. Very dodgy.

Very happy with my service from ezi removals. I needed to get an antique bathtub (heavy!) moved from one part of Perth to another and they were professional and conscientious. The only removals company that really wanted to get into the details before quoting to make sure they got it right, and the two gentleman doing the delivery were excellent to deal with. Worth the money especially for specialist removals and would not hesitate in using again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!The worst removal service we have ever used. They took breaks constantly then charged us for them. The removalist complained the whole time about his job as well as used offensive jokes against the women in the house. The job ran 5hrs over what was quoted initially. Some of our furniture was damaged and I had to put my beds together myself as they were taking so long, as well as take one of the beds upstairs ourselves as they couldn't work out how to get it up the stairs. Terribly unprofessional and rude service.

Do not use Ezi Removalists. No stars for this company.We booked the move to occur on a Sunday starting at 8am. About 10 minutes before they were due to arrive, we received a call from the owner, Steve, who said they needed to finish another job first and would attend to our job at 12noon, and then move my sister’s furniture.Around 12noon, after I had messaged to ask what time they would be arriving, Steve called again and said that one of his men had been injured and could no longer move our furniture. We asked if he could send someone else, and Steve said that there was no one else because he operated a small business with no ‘back-up plan’ for these sorts of situations.Despite suggesting that he was calling around to find us another removalist company to assist, he did not tell us which companies he had supposedly tried.In the end, we had to move our own furniture and my wife injured her shoulder in the process.What a nightmare! Pick a more reliable removalist.

If ZERO STARS were an option that is what I would review.Ezi Removals Perth DID NOT SHOW UP! I booked with Steve for them to move my Daughter's furniture, I tried for Saturday 23rd, so it was done, but they were booked so Steve offered Sunday 24th and had a confirmation that they would be there at 8:00am. I stressed when booking that Monday 25th was settlement on the property.I had a call from David on Thursday evening to say he may be able to fit it in on Saturday and he would confirm by 11am on Saturday if it was possible. The weather was bad, so wasn't surprised to hear from him.Sunday morning at 7:00am David sent a txt saying he was worried about the weather (which was forecast to be fine after 8:00am). I rang straight away and said Monday was not an option as they won't own the property, he said he will have to try to get hold of an offsider" and will get back to me. I waited until 9:30 and tried to call him back many times to no answer. I eventually got him and he said he had "just sent 3 txt messages to offsiders and no one had replied"... I tried to contact Steve

Thank you so much for moving me, your guys were amazing. Super friendly, helpful and careful.I have moved many times and met lots of grumpy and rude removalists who don't want to deal with parking issues and elevators, but your guys were the complete opposite. Nothing but accommodating and cheerful, a big thank you to you and your team.In 12 months I am moving again, and will only use you guys.
