Patch Apartments

Do not move here. Poorly made building; always had issues - elevator and car stacker always broke, my apartment on the 10th floor always had water damage/leaks when it rained. Bin shoot frequently clogged. Sketchy people walked around building (no one ever said it but there definitely was some fishy business going on on the 1st and 4th floors). Owners Corp don’t care about people who live there or took responsibility for building defects/issues which would have a domino effect on daily lives of those living there as well as property managers. The original car park managers (Hercules) was also a joke. Was so glad to move out as soon as lease was over. I feel sorry for people who own there.
