Croydon Cycleworks introduced me to my next favourite bike today. There was no hard sell; rather a knowledgeable conversation in support of my transition to drop bars and carbon. All of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure both the bike and the price was right. 10/10 from me.

When I was in the market for a new Gravel bike the team at Croydon Cycleworks offered there time, advice and patience as I studied multiple bikes across the range.As a newbie to ‘Gravel riding’ and with so many bikes and brands to choose from the team were patient in my selection and were there for advice and not just the sell.Getting my bike ordered and built in a timely manner was true to their word and got me onto the trails on the new rig faster than I expected.Croydon Cycleworks have installed confidence in me that they are there to help into the future and not just for a one time sale. I will confidently shop here for all of my future needs and advice.

I just wanted to say thank you! The service I received with the repairs to my Trek Excaliber 8 was an amazing experience, so much better that the Trek shop in Ringwood who I have been going to for a number of years. Paul's service was great, Mitchell was great with explaining what the options were. You guys are living up to my expectations of a local bike shop committed to customers and are passionate about bikes and riding. Oh and to top it off the bike is riding beautifully, feel its the best its been in a year or more and the seat noise has gone too! fingers crossed the back wheel lasts for a longgg while. Hope to not to see you for a while for all the right reasons but rest assured I will be back for all bike related items! thanks again team!

Been coming here for years and will always remain loyal. Dave and the crew are absolutely the best in the business. I’ve bought many many things here over my time but recently purchased a new cervelo Caledonia and I’m stoked. The best part about them is it’s not just about the buy and sell they are more than willing to help in any way shape or form for no extra cost. Don’t waste your time going any where else just go to Croydon cycle works.

Croydon cycleworks is a business that you feel motivated to support.I needed a new saddle, and they were the only place that took time to measure me up and ensured that I wasn't leaving with the most expensive and still painful. At croydon cycleworks, the customer and fellow rider is well and truly the centre of attention.My second visit was for a service that was so seamless and black and white regarding costs and logistics that I barely had to think.Keep it up, gang!
