Reached the store before 15 minutes of the closing time with very less hope of getting all the jobs done that I wanted to. Then I meet Nixon there, the ultimate person who took care of all the things that I wanted Done. Very friendly, he knew what he was doing and what I expected of him. He went above and beyond to get all the jobs done to make me and my wife happy with her new Iphone in such a less time along with the other great offers. Keep up the great work mate!!!

Nixon couldn’t have been more helpful to me in upgrading my iPhone. He was very thorough in explaining the upgrade process including a trade in for my old phone. He is an excellent salesman who is to be commended for his customer service.

if i could give this store zero stars i would, from taking my old sim from my existing phone, throwing it out, to porting my number problems, to not applying discounts. On the phone from old provider to vodafone, because this store did not do their job properly including manager, never ever again vodafone, useless, stay clear!!!! im still on hold with vodafone now still trying to get that credit applied that you promised you would do

I have had good experiences with Vodafone sales people previously but the service received from Nixon at Castle Plaza today was exceptional. He was very welcoming, extremely proficient at getting me set up with my new phone. Wonderful service. Thank you So much Nixon your a legend!
