She was unassuming, friendly and didn't hurry us (unlike the previous funeral operator we visited). Jason and Katrina were wonderful in looking after my brother-in-law Ashley after he passed suddenly due to cancer. Ashley was a dual citizen for Australia and the UK and he considered both countries home. As his service was during Covid-19 restrictions we had to try to accommodate the family in both countries and give them all the opportunity to mourn by way of live streaming the service. I can not express enough gratitude for the professionalism and personal touch Jason and his team gave us during such a difficult time. No questions were left unanswered, no special request was a problem and our Ashley's last event was more beautiful than I could have imagined.
