The team at ACT Renovations recently renovated our main bathroom and ensuite and did a fantastic job from start to finish.Their fixed price quote was very competitive. The interior design team (we mostly worked with Kaitlin) helped with all our selections. They listened to what we wanted and provided useful guidance to find the right tiles and other fixtures to meet our needs and budget. Brad and his team were very professional and well organised. Everything was completed on time and we’re delighted with the end product. We will not hesitate to use ACT Renovations in the future and we’ve already recommended them to friends.

All work was finished to a very high standard and with meticulous attention to detail and quality. Communication was easy and they were highly responsive at all times. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Laundry, Bathroom and Powder room by ACT Renovations! From beginning to end Craig and his team were professional, efficient, easy to deal with and made the whole process simple for us. Josie at reception and accounts was wonderful too. Each step of the reno was seamless like a well oiled machine, we were impressed! The quality of work is exceptional and the results are above and beyond our expectations. The extra space, storage and functionality have changed our lives for the better and the spaces feel luxurious and relaxing! ACT Renovations made our dreams a reality and we are so happy!

I can’t recommend ACT Renovations highly enough. From quote to completion, every single staff member, contractor and tradie we dealt with provided us with exceptional customer service. Communication with the team was always very easy and every trade who came through the door was incredibly respectful of our home. Our site manager and trades regularly checked in with us on the plans to ensure we understood the implications of our decisions and to make sure we were happy all the way down to the specific placement of robe hooks, down light placement and silicone colour.The design service that comes as part of the package is great. Even when we had a very clear idea of exactly what we wanted, the design team still helped us to get the most out of our limited space. A dedicated project manager and site manager meant we had zero stress about the process, everyone operates together like a well-oiled machine.We will absolutely engage ACT Renovations again for future work we need done. As they say, you get what you pay for, and ACT Renovations was worth every cent.

ACT Renovations were great. We now have a bathroom space that we really enjoy being in. In the planning and design phase ACT Renovations were patient and worked really well with us. Once the build got going, the organisation and coordination of our project went so well - everyone arrived as scheduled and the project moved ahead every day. Communication was great and ACT Renovations were really responsive to us and all the folk were always willing to take the time and answer our questions and explain what was going on. Everyone was polite, careful and tidy. ACT renovations went the extra steps to ensure to deliver a great bathroom and renovation for us. We have more renovations to do on our largely original 50 year old home and we don’t expect we’ll be asking anyone else. Thank you to everyone in the team.

ACT Renovations updated our house in Curtin, they fully renovated the bathroom, main bedroom and ensuite, pantry and laundry and created a mudroom in the entry. We love the new look to our home.We found all the staff and contractors to be highly professional, friendly and obliging. They were open to make changes to the original plan and had great design suggestions. Any little issues that occurred along the way were dealt with quickly and the work areas were tidied up at the end of each day making it easier for us to stay in the house during the reno.I am happy to recommend ACT Renovations for any projects you are planning on your home.

It looks beautiful, was completed ahead of schedule and was very competitively priced. Brad holds all his tradesmen to an incredibly high standard and it shows in the finished product. ACT Renovations undertook a renovation of our main bathroom and ensuite. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but didn’t have the time or expertise to project manage the renovations ourselves. Having one company who could manage the whole thing for us took a lot of the stress out of our renovations, and the knowledge and experience of the ACT Renovations team meant that we ended up with even better bathrooms than we imagined.Craig provided us with a comprehensive quote which incorporated all of the features we wanted and was fully itemised which meant that we didn’t have any surprises in terms of the final cost. Bella’s designs, and tweaks to our original ideas, resulted in functional and beautiful spaces. Her assistance during the selection of tiles and fittings made the whole experience a lot less overwhelming.Brad managed the trades very efficiently and the use of the Buildertrend app meant we had ready access to the schedule, photos of each stage of the work, and all of our documentation in one place. All trades were very professional and completed their work to a high standard. They were great to deal with, arrived on time, took a lot of care with our home, tidied up at the end of every day, and discussed any minor changes needed throughout. The end result is beautiful, practical bathrooms that are a pleasure to use. We couldn’t be happier!
