One of the worse Kmarts ever. There staff never know where the stuff is located. I ask 3 different persons in the store for shoes and all 3 says me that men’s and women’s have same safety shoes located in one section.After some time I told this to the one of the other staff members, to be honest I don’t think that she cares for the customers either.Really not happy with the customer skills.

It has collection different from chadstone Kmart and lots of new kids stuff present. there's no stock of sandwich maker or wireless portable vacuum cleaner i want to buy. robotic vacuum cleaner is around 170 or 190 dollars and these are not present in chadstone kmart

Very unfriendly and lazy staff. Wanted to buy some clothes and they refused to use fitting room. There was half an hour left to close the store. Requested politely however refused. Wanted to spend more than $100 but never buy anything from kmart.

Good products BUT the whole bag-checking system is ridiculous. Every time I exit the store the same attendant checks my receipt and counts my items. I just don’t need the extra hassel, it’s been months and you haven’t gotten your sensors upgraded. Follow other shops like coles/woolies and get a better security system because i’m not coming back to do a 5 min shop that requires a 2 min bag check.

Nice new store. Easy to get to once you get inside. Plenty of parking underneath and some outside.The shop was pretty neat and there were plenty of staff around.Love a good Kmart shop and sometimes I just don’t want to go to Chadstone. Good to have another option in the area.

I had a terrible customer experience here. I didn’t have a coin to release a trolley, they didn’t release it for me. Then wanted to use a roller shopping basket to carry a 20+ kg box, they didn’t allow me to leave with the basket!!! I had to carry it. This inflexibility in staff and even the manager is recipe for a drop in customer satisfaction. Never gonna shop there again!

Great Kmart, has a consistently high supply of products, staff are knowledgeable and the store is clean on every visit.Bag check can be a bit over the top and time consuming, but seems to be the norm for retailers now.Recommend this store for a quick and easy experience.
