The Oasis Apartments

We stayed at Oasis weekend of Elton John in Brisbane, in a one bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment suited our needs for our stay. Suncorp Stadium was an $11 cab fare. The staff/people we spoke with were pleasant and friendly. We arrived and departed outside of office hours and the process for key collection etc was user friendly. We listened to people that had obviously stayed here previously, meeting up with other family they had recommended Oasis to, and it was obvious they were impressed. I would happily recommend Oasis Apartments to family and friends, and utilise again ourselves when attending events at Suncorp Stadium. The resort style facilities were pretty cool, unfortunately, we didn't have the time to fully appreciate them....but next time ;)

We booked a 2 bed apartment direct and saved on the web rates with the same good cancelation conditions. Staff were lovely and the location was great, minutes to Park road, the river and Toowong shopping tower, which are easy to get to. Regatta ferry is off line atm so it was a bit of a walk to Milton terminal. The room we had was comfortable but needs a slight upgrade and additional TV in at least 1 bed room. Cleaning was ok but needs a little work and as usual, even in higher star rated properties the air con filters were dirty.Be aware ! the property is well back from Coronation Drive but the traffic noise is still significant with open balcony doors.

terrible and horrible experience! It wasn't very clean (stains and grease everywhere), half the kitchen tools were missing, the shower soap holder was broken, curtains were broken, staff were NOT helpful, they try to charge us for something that was stated free on the contract, and they were so cheap and rude to the point that they refused to give us extra soaps/sugar packets/towels/etc.!!!!!! 0/10 recommended, do NOT book a place here!

My family enjoyed our stay so very much at the Oasis apartments for our summer holiday and long awaited family reunion after all the covid lock downs and border closures. The place was perfect for our large family of 7, the swimming pool was awesome for the kids and sauna and spa for us adults. The gym was enjoyed by my husband and the bbq area when we had some friends we hadnt seen for a long time ! Everything was close and it was an added extra to see the lovely river side and NYEFireworks from the balcony. Room was large and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient fun stay. We stayed 13 nights , thanks guys for a wonderful stay and especially Bo, kind and accomadating !The only thing I would ask would be an additional TV in the main bedroom other than that the place is perfect !

The Asian women receptionist is very rude/nasty, haven’t seen anyone so unprofessional in dealing with matters like this in my life…for a great location as it is, can’t believe I’m rating the service a total 0

The location is great! Amenities are great - swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym.Accommodation is disappointing. Kitchen, benchtop, pans, stove, utensils and cupboard were all greasy and yucky. Kitchen Tap is full of dirt. Carpet needs a good clean, very dusty. There were shaved hair on outdoor table, balcony and common bathroom benchtop. Main bedroom has no TV and aircon. There was an unfolded/used blanket in the wardrobe. There's a used hand towel hanging on the clothes air dryer in the balcony. Dining table, lounge coffee table and TV unit were dusty. Washing machine is moldy. Laundry door is damaged. Exhaust fan of common bathroom is not working. WiFi is not working. There's an empty box of vacuum with full of dust in the lounge. Iron and iron board were left in the lounge. Sugar scattered all over the greasy cupboard.I booked for 5 nights for 4pax but shampoo tubes provided were 4 pcs, coffee sticks 2pcs, sugar sticks 4pcs, small milk 1pc, small sachet of dishwashing liquid 1pc, bin liner 1pc.I asked where I can put the rubbish, was told there's a chute in every floor and wheelie bin in the basements, but there was none.

Really enjoyed our stay! Lovely apartment, excellent amenities. The only negative was cleanliness as the cooktop was dirty and greasy and the rubbish bin was very dirty.

Horrible experience, staff didn't care either. We opened the door to dirty bed sheets wrapped up and thrown over the couch. The overall cleanliness was terrible. Worst place I could have chose to take my wife after our wedding. Big regrets.The fact the staff didn't care was an added lack of service. Way overpriced and just all round terrible place to stay

Location is perfect, wonderful ammenities- kids loved the tennis court, pool and spa.The room itself left much to be desired for. Tidy, but not clean by any stretch of the imagination. Bathroom mouldy, urine around base of toilet, walls dirty, very dusty, chocolate handprints on curtains. Half a roll of toilet paper. Bedrooms very hot with no aircon or ceiling fans. Some of the furniture unusable as broken with an obvious “quick fix” car park very handy, and building secure. Kitchen equipped… thanks for the little packets of KFC wet wipes. Considering current covid outbreak did expect a higher standard of cleanliness overall.

We recently stayed here for the NRL Magic Round and the location was fantastic for Suncorp Stadium ($10 Uber/20min walk).Rooms were clean and fresh - the photos don’t do it justice.Customer Service from Katie at front desk was also so friendly & helpful.
